Dausin Olberding is a seasoned political strategist, grassroots organizer, and serves as CEO of Red Wave Field Strategies, one of the nation’s premier voter contact and ballot access firms.
With a track record spanning nearly dozens of races nationwide, Dausin has played a pivotal role in local, congressional, Senate, and presidential campaigns, leading winning field operations and mobilizing conservative activists across the country.
Dausin’s political career began at a young age serving the Bret Richards for Congress Campaign in Iowa's Fourth Congressional District. From there, he quickly emerged as a leader in conservative politics, founding the Western Iowa Republicans and later serving as chairman of the Central Iowa Young Republicans. Olberding was also tapped by the Iowa Trump Campaign in 2020. He has held additional leadership positions with the Young Republicans, both locallly and nationally, and has been a key player in Iowa’s political landscape for severeral election cycles.
Recently, Olberding’s work has expanded nationwide, leading some of the largest and most effective field programs in the country. His expertise in voter outreach, ballot access, and grassroots mobilization has made him a sought-after strategist for major conservative organizations. Dausin has played a key role in high-impact field operations for groups like Never Back Down, Duty to America, Truth & Courage PAC, Will Scharf for Attourney General, and Elon Musk’s America PAC, executing large-scale voter contact programs that have shaped races across the country. His ability to build and deploy top-tier field teams has helped drive conservative victories at every level, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the movement.
